Our Story

Matt Collett, the founder of Collett Brothers Construction got his start in the industry between his junior and senior year in high school. He went to work for a general contractor that was well known and in high demand. The work ethic nurtured by hard working and dedicated parents served him well that summer and he quickly learned that creating things that would make life better for others was a meaningful and worthwhile pursuit.

Ten years later Collett Brothers Construction became a reality. Now with more than thirty years of industry experience building and remodeling homes, he is more passionate than ever about creating structures that truly benefit and enhance life for others. He is now passing his love of building, carpentry, and working with others onto his son, Crosby.

Their philosophy is that construction is about creating and nurturing partnerships, including those with clients, subcontractors, designers, and suppliers. It’s about listening to the needs, ideas, and desires of others, and then working tirelessly and diligently to bring those to fruition.

Quality and craftsmanship are paramount at Collett Brothers Construction. Specializing in residential construction, no job is too large or too small. From multi-million dollar homes to a tend thousand dollar bathroom remodel, all receive the same attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

At Collett Brothers Construction, “we still believe in a “hands on” approach. From planning through completion, we believe we should be on site. We not only manage the work, but still do much of the work ourselves. Even before we begin construction, we have the end in mind. Each step of the process reflects this ideal. It is how we guarantee the quality, craftsmanship, function, and aesthetic beauty of each project”.
